Charity Bundles, Award Shows, and Future Projects

Hi gang!

I don't make a habit of posting updates (especially after a massive charity bundle) but there are three or four things that need announcing. I figured I'd bundle them all together so as not to spam your inboxes!

First, a huge, huge thank you to everyone who supported the TTRPGs for Palestine bundle. Together we raised over $200,000 for charity, supporting the health and dignity of the Palestinian people. I'm proud of the community and optimistic that this can do some real good in the world!

Second, Legionnaire has been nominated for a CRIT Award! We've been nominated for Best Supplement or Third Party Content, and obviously I'm overjoyed to be recognised in quite a competitive category (the other nominees are all 5e supplements, so I'm also very proud to wave the Lancer flag). This is where you come in - the CRIT Awards are publicly voted, and there's a week left to get your votes in. If you have a spare five minutes and you enjoyed Legionnaire, I'd really appreciate it if you could head over and vote. There are tons of deserving folks in a variety of categories, so take a while to go through and vote for your favourites.

Lastly, upcoming projects, of which I can currently announce two . As many of you probably know by now, I've been asked by Massif to write one of their upcoming first party adventure modules. Shadow of the Wolf will be a LL0 two-mission adventure set in the Karrakin Cavalry College, taking influences from Top Gun, Dune, and Gundam: Witch from Mercury. The art is looking spectacular, with contributions from veteran Lancer artists Conner Fawcett, EM Fields, SIEGE, and more! We're currently nearing the end of playtesting and about to move on to editing so if you'd like to see a draft copy, or take a look at the new mechs and bond powers that will be included in the supplement, head on over to the Pilot NET discord server and check them out in the #new-content-resources channel. We don't have a hard release date yet, but all things going well, Shadow of the Wolf should hopefully be available some time later this year.

The second upcoming project that I can announce is a much smaller one. Some of you have probably seen The Tombs of Delios, which is a free , short, single-session adventure I wrote to help introduce people to Lancer. I've just finished writing and playtesting another in a similar vein - a two combat short mission set in Boundary Garden, called Cathedral of the Deadstar. I'm also going to be making this one free/PWYW and will be including maps, because I want to make more resources accessible to new GMs. If that sounds like something you're interested in, keep your eyes peeled (or be notified when it goes live by pressing the follow button)!

If you've read this far, thanks for bearing with me. It's been an exciting journey since the release of Legionnaire, and I hope you've all been enjoying the content and making good use of it in your games. Much love to all of you! 💜

-Kat
